PH 2/2 Luna (Limited Edition) from Louis Poulsen

Recognised for its curved stem that holds three mouthblown opal glass shades, the PH 2/2 Luna Limited Edition Table Lamp has an understated, refined design. Made with untreated brushed brass, the base, stem and socket house will patinate beautifully over time giving the lamp its own unique character. Available from 1st October to 31st December 2023.

The PH 2/2 Luna Limited Edition Table Lamp is specifically designed to suit the modern home and interior, using classic materials to enhance the heritage design. Additionally, the new version is larger than the original design by Poul Henningsen, to increase the number of possible positions around the home. The head of the lamp can be rotated 45 degrees to both sides, to direct the light where it is needed, making the lamp ideal for many different uses.

Originally introduced in 1939, the PH Luna was known as ‘The Night Stand Lamp’, a name given to the petite table lamp by its designer, Poul Henningsen. The characteristic curved form of the stem makes the PH Luna recognisable and the brushed brass finish is a soft and classic complement to the opal glass shades.

The table lamp with three glass shades emits soft diffused light creating ambient room illumination while also casting downward-directed light onto the surface. The head is adjustable and can rotate to the sides.
