VPC01 from SMEG

The vacuum pump suitable for the Smeg BLC01 and BLC02 high-performance stand blenders. The pump is included in the standard scope of delivery of the BLC02 and can be ordered as an accessory for the BLC01 blender if required.

The vacuum pump accessory removes air from the jug to avoid contact with the ingredients and reduce oxidation, keeping nutrients and obtaining brighter colours, tastier flavours, and smoother textures.
