Ada from freifrau

With ‘Ada’, Hanne Willmann presents a design that reinterprets Freifrau’s design language in a unique way.

A key feature is the solid wooden frame, which is deliberately placed at the centre of attention and lends the chair a clear, powerful presence. The construction combines stability with a delicate design balance, creating a piece of furniture that feels both natural and distinctive.

Inspiration from the 1970s: Ada’s design language draws on the soft curves of the 1970s and translates them into the present day. Echoes of the fashion of that era – large collars, loose silhouettes and a sense of freedom – resonate subtly. The result is a design that not only impresses with its form but also conveys a certain lightness and zest for life, which is immediately reflected in the room.
