Dudet from Cassina

The spacious 2-seater sofa from the Dudet collection transfers the charm of the salon furniture designed by Papricia Urquiola, which is strongly characterised by the seventies, to a new format. The Dudet sofa is an inviting retreat and, like the chair and armchair in the Dudet collection, is lounge furniture with a strong character that attracts everyone's attention.

The structure, composed of a comfortable large seat cushion and two sinuous tubular supports that, in one continuous line, form the legs, armrests and backrest, is echoed in the armchair whose rounded shapes are expanded and the padding more abundant, creating a niche in which to take refuge.

To ensure even greater comfort, the backrest cushion contains variable density inserts that provide stable support, ideal for moments of conversation. Designed to be easily disassembled, the Dudet Sofa has a conscious soul.

The metal structure can be separated from the polyurethane foam padding – produced with a percentage of polyols derived from biological sources – to facilitate recycling of the materials.

The removable cover of the Dudet sofa is available in many fabrics from the Cassina collection and the zip fasteners can be selected in 2 colours.
