Peacock 5458 (Swivel Base) from Cane-line

The Peacock lounge chair is a modern piece of furniture designed by Danish designer duo Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen MDD. A visually beautiful lounge chair with plenty of comfort, ideally suited for the home as well as the contract market. Peacock is manufactured using the soft yet robust Cane-line Soft Rope, which makes it ideal for outdoor use in any climate, as it is both temperature and UV-resistant. The Peacock lounge chair comes with a swivel base which can be rotated 360 degrees.

Materials

Cane-line natté: Cane-line Natté is a unique material produced by Sunbrella for Cane-line. Cane-line Natté combines the strength of normal all weather fabrics with the comfortable softness of the traditional Sunbrella fabrics, resulting in a soft yet durable fabric. Because the product is used outdoors over extended periods of time, regular cleaning with a soft brush and soapy water is important. This ensures the removal of superficial dirt and debris, such as leaves, berries, pollen and bird droppings, before they have a chance to build up and become more difficult to remove. The QuickDryFoam® ensures that within one hour after a rain shower, the cushions will be dry, and you can sit comfortably in your lounge furniture again.

Cane-line QuickDryFoam® & Airflow system: We offer Cane-line QuickDry & Airflow system in our cushions with the unique QuickDryFoam®. The composition of the cushions ensures a quick drainage after heavy rain and an effective air circulation in humid weather conditions. This means that you can easily leave your outdoor furniture and cushions outside even in poor weather conditions.

It is important to always place your cushions in an upright position when not in use. This ensures optimum drainage, thereby minimising the risk of mould and mildew. The anti-bacterial protection in the cushion core is most effective with correct drainage of the cushion.

Cane-line Soft Rope: Cane-line Rope is produced by woven polypropylene (PP). The material has a soft surface that provides good support and excellent sitting comfort. Do not pull hard on the material as it can be stretched out of shape. Cane-line Rope is ideal for outdoor use and is UV-resistant.

Cane-line Aluminium: Cane-line offers a wide range of furniture in powder-coated aluminium. Powder coating serves as a protective layer that is tinted in a variety of colours. Aluminium furniture is ideal for use outdoors as well as indoors. Aluminium furniture generally requires a minimum of maintenance. If the furniture is stored near the coast, it will need to be cleaned more frequently using fresh water and soap. Don’t be too rough on your furniture to avoid causing dents, as this can damage the powder coating. At worst, moisture can reach the aluminium and damage the finish.
