Hard shell, soft core

The design duo 'Hoffmann Kahleyss Design' has created a piece of furniture with contrast, as harmonious as Ying and Yang.

Leya combines contrasts in a wonderful way. From the outside, the seating furniture of this model series designed by Birgit Hoffmann and Christoph Kahleyss appears clear and straightforward with its tightly upholstered shells. However, anyone who sits down immediately feels at ease. The outer upholstery reveals a fluffy cushion on the inside. An almost sensual experience.

The ottoman is in no way inferior. It complements the Leya armchairs and Leya chairs perfectly, and not just visually. It makes possible what often does not go together: putting your feet up while maintaining style. Moreover, it can help out as a comfortable seat at any time. It is available with a wire frame, plate foot and base frame and many different elegant covers in fabric or leather.

In the version offered here, the footstool is equipped with a filigree wire frame and covered with leather.
